- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that under penalty of perjury you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
What Happens Next
We review every notice we receive. Where a claim is valid we remove or disable access to the material, usually within a few working days, and we will confirm by email once this is done. Incomplete notices slow the process down, so please include everything listed above.
Counter Notice
If content you published was removed and you believe that removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter notice to the same address. Include your contact details, identify the material and its location before removal, and state under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed in error.
Repeat Infringers
We take repeat infringement seriously and will terminate access for anyone who repeatedly posts infringing material.
Trademark Concerns
Trademark complaints can be sent to the same email address. Please identify the mark, your rights in it, and the specific pages concerned.
